Last Updated: 26 September, 2026

Juan Lucero, doing business as Liberty Call Media ("we," "us," or "our"), operates libertycallmedia.org (the "Site"). We respect your privacy and explain below how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information, along with the choices available to you.

Website operator: Juan Lucero / Liberty Call Media

Privacy contact: juan.lucero@libertycallmedia.org

Mailing address: 5753 Highway 85 North, #6145, Crestview, FL 32536

This policy applies to information collected through this Site and related communications with us. It does not cover third-party websites or services linked from this Site, including the print-ordering and merchandise platforms described in Section 4.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: When you contact us, submit a form, subscribe to updates, or inquire about photography, licensing, or collaborations, we may collect your name, email address, the content of your message, and any information you choose to include.

Please do not send passport copies, government ID numbers, payment-card details, medical records, or other sensitive personal information through our contact form or email.

Information collected automatically: Our Site and its service providers may collect IP address and approximate location, browser/device/operating-system information, referring pages, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers, as described in Section 3.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to operate and secure the Site, respond to inquiries, send newsletters to those who opt in, understand Site traffic, detect misuse or fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Where consent is legally required for an activity, we obtain it first.

3. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Do Not Track

Our Site uses the following cookies and tracking technologies:

  • Squarespace Analytics — built into our website platform, used to measure visits, pageviews, and site activity.

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — used site-wide to measure traffic, page activity, device and browser information, and traffic sources.

  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — used site-wide to track page views for advertising and measurement purposes associated with Facebook and Instagram. This allows Meta to use information about your visit for its own advertising and analytics purposes, governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

  • Squarespace Activity Log — an administrative setting that, if enabled, may record visitor IP address, approximate location, browser and operating system, referring page, and pages visited.

We do not currently operate a cookie-consent banner requiring your acceptance before these technologies load.

Do Not Track: Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Your choices: You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings at any time, though this may affect Site functionality. Meta separately provides ad-preference controls at Meta ad preferences, and Google provides an analytics opt-out at Google Analytics opt-out.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each of which independently collects information under its own privacy policy:

  • Squarespace — website hosting, infrastructure, and built-in analytics (privacy policy)

  • Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 traffic analysis (privacy policy)

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — Meta Pixel tracking for Facebook and Instagram advertising and measurement (privacy policy)

  • YouTube / Google LLC — our video content is hosted on YouTube; visiting YouTube or interacting with embedded video content is subject to Google's privacy policy

  • Pixieset — our print-ordering platform, which processes shipping and payment information independently of this Site (privacy policy)

  • Affiliate partners — including Amazon Associates, Agoda, Airalo, and other travel and product partners linked throughout our content; clicking an affiliate link allows that company to use its own cookies and tracking, governed by its own privacy policy

We do not control these third parties' data practices and encourage you to review their policies directly.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on this Site are affiliate links, including links to Amazon, Agoda, Airalo, and other travel and product partners. If you click one and make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products and services we believe add value to our readers.

As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

6. Sale or Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. Our Site does run the Meta Pixel, which allows Meta to use information about your visit for its own advertising and measurement purposes — some privacy laws define this kind of arrangement as "sharing," even without a monetary sale. This Site does not currently meet the size or revenue thresholds that make California's formal opt-out requirements (a "Do Not Sell or Share" link and Global Privacy Control honoring) legally applicable to us, so we have not implemented that specific mechanism. If you would prefer Meta not use your visit data this way, you can use Meta's ad-preference controls linked in Section 3.

7. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have inadvertently done so, we will delete it promptly.

8. Email Communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting us directly. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect our response to direct inquiries you've sent us. Commercial emails from us will include the physical mailing address listed above, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.

9. How Long We Keep Information

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

10. Information Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Privacy Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us at juan.lucero@libertycallmedia.org. We will respond within a reasonable time.

For California residents: This Site is not currently subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act's rights-request framework, as the CCPA applies only to businesses meeting specific revenue or data-volume thresholds that this Site does not meet. We nonetheless honor reasonable requests to access or delete personal information as described above.

For visitors outside the United States: This Site is operated in and directed toward a US audience. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be processed in the United States.

12. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

By using libertycallmedia.org, you agree to this Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure.
