RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Digital downloads

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, digital-download purchases from Liberty Call Media are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, selecting the wrong product, or overlooking information clearly disclosed before purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and previews before purchasing, including the photographs, photo counts for each aspect ratio, file formats, dimensions, compatibility, and permitted use. Different crops or sizes of the same photograph are separate files, not additional unique photographs. Not every photograph is available in every aspect ratio; refer to each product’s listing for its exact contents. Please contact us before ordering if anything is unclear.

Download or order problems

If you cannot access your download, receive an incorrect or defective file, believe the product materially differs from its description, or notice a duplicate charge, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem.

We will investigate and provide any correction or remedy required by applicable law. This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights relating to non-delivery, defective or misdescribed products, billing errors, or cancellation. Purchasing a download does not, by itself, waive any applicable statutory withdrawal rights.

Print purchases through Pixieset

Print orders placed through our Pixieset store are subject to the terms and policies applicable to that order, including Pixieset’s Terms of Service and Terms of Sale. Please review those terms before purchasing.

Contact Liberty Call Media about damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect prints, or other order concerns. We will help address the issue under the applicable order terms and mandatory consumer rights. Please keep the product and packaging while the issue is reviewed, and do not mail a return without first obtaining return instructions.
